BHC003 – So we’re back…

Okay so here it is Episode 3, our extended Christmas and New Year hiatus is over and behind the scenes we have been working hard to tighten up the shows format, firm up our schedule for 2010 and launch some new ideas.

Now this episode was supposed to have posted on the 29th, that’s the bad, the good is that we are not going to slip back the overall schedule because of this. So this means that in a weeks time you will get another episode of the Being Human Cast, and this will be our first mini episode.

Discussion: Series 1 Episode 3

Promo 1: The Signal – Season 6

Promo 2: The Signal – The First Rule of Flying – Songs From The Black II

Released on April 12th, the second series of Being Human is now available for pre-order at Amazon UK.

So how can you get involved?

As we discuss in the show if you want to send us your ‘Why I Love Being Human’ story then please send your MP3 recording to [email protected] . Or alternatively send us the text as an email and either myself or Suzi will read it out.

  1. Warning some S2 spoilers in this comment, read on at your own peril… Andy

A few weeks back, a friend of mine suggested I watch a series called Being Human which was just starting its second series. When she told me it was a comedy drama about a ghost, a werewolf and a vampire living together I thought “What”???? BUT then I watched it…oh boy am I addicted now!!! Pretty soon I ordered series 1 on DVD and I’m on episode 5 of that now. Genius idea, genius writing and genius acting cast! All this after watching just one episode, I have no idea how I missed the first series but we’ll gloss over that! The mix of comedy and drama is excellent and while I notice that the feel of the show is darker in series 2 I think it works so well, with Mitchells new role as head of the vampires and the whole George/Nina relationship..oh god and Annie’s death’s door fear! I could go on but there is my Being Human story kind of…enjoy! xxxx

  2. Hi thanks for the comment, we’ll be sure to reference this in a future episode. Oh and if you don’t hear it mentioned for a while then we haven’t forgotten you but due to the way we produce the podcast it will be at least a month…
